It offers a large space heating capacity, up to 180 m2, a good sized oven with a self-cleaning glass door with thermometer and a huge top cooking surface.

The Gourmet is best placed in the lounge, dining or family room as a space heater and can also be sited in the kitchen as a cooker if desired. The unique venting system makes for easy control of oven temperatures for all cooking requirement

The firebox is large and super responsive. The oven comes standard with oven rack and tray. The Gourmet will burn coal, but is more suited to burning wood, having both top and bottom air controls.

The Supreme is very robust by nature, constructed from cast iron, heavy gauge steel and stainless steel components. All ovens are manufactured from thick plate steel, which extends the burning time. The Supreme series is designed and built to last up to 50 years or more.

 

In the Supreme series, there are different hydronic options including:

  • a 5 Kw water  jacket for domestic hot water heating
  • an 8 Kw water jacket for domestic and small hydronic supply
  • a massive 20 Kw for hydronic projects up to 200 m2 in the Supreme CD version

 

The Supreme CD (central heating cooker) has a heat output of 20 Kw- one of the highest heat outputs on the Australian market. The CD has an additional air control which provides for greater combustion. The Thermalux Supreme CD will run hydronic radiators or underfloor coil heating to heat up to a 200 m2   (20 sq) home.

With four genuine ovens, an enormous main hotplate, a removable 250 mm drop scone hotplate (which can be easily removed), and two simmer plates, the Grand Cuisine is perfect for cooking, entertaining or for commercial application.

The ovens are self-cleaning and independently adjustable. The firebox is able to take timber up to 450 mm long.

 

The Grand Cuisine oven offers various hot water options including:

  • a 5 Kw stainless steel water jacket for domestic hot water up to 400 Litres
  • an 8 Kw stainless steel water jacket for larger domestic and some small hydronic projects
  • a 16 Kw boiler for larger hydronic heating projects up to 160 m2

 

The stove can reach up to bench height (900 mm) when installing on concrete floors with a plinth.
